I have used Dr. Dale the last 2 years to run a coach’s clinic, student assembly, and parent training and he is unbelievable. After his visit with my entire student body, I had kids for weeks coming out and saying he was the best speaker they had ever had. I plan to use him to open my meetings every year moving forward.

“We need to bring Dr. Dale back every year for our student athletes/ leaders and parents!”

Greg has that rare ability of being able to combine the best in group motivational exercises with an understanding of personal emotional drivers. I had the pleasure of being coached by Greg at an ACI leadership course. His ability to cross cultural boundaries and corporate hierarchies to unite teams was impressive, and he truly excels in focusing the efforts of individuals to realize the value of a high-performing team. Suffice to say his session was the highlight of the course and everyone was buzzing with pure energy at the end.
