One of the most challenging aspects of being a captain or leader of a team is to lead your peers.  This interactive and engaging workshop is based on Dr. Dale's experience working with captains and team leaders in professional, college and high school sports.  Specific topics include identifying strengths and strategies for playing to those strengths, leadership brand, vocal leadership, leading by example and strategies for effectively confronting teammates.  Finally, team leaders will develop strategies for managing up and effectively working with their coaches.
